Mini First Aid Kit

I’ll be adding a picture of our basic first aid kit for this post, shortly. These 3 items are in the glove compartment of our car. Note: We use these products for everyday minor misshaps. Thing is, they’re so multipurpose, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere without them (see descriptions below), especially when we travel. If you were preparing for an extended trip or putting together a Hurricane Preparedness Kit however, you’ll need to add other items, so you can have a complete emergency first aid kit.
Fruit & Vegetable Rinse, 1 oz size: For cleaning and disinfecting. Sanitizes water in an emergency (effective for 1 hour, in order to not adversely affect the fish and environment). In the event of diarrhea (Montezuma’s revenge), take 7 drops in a glass of water. if you don’t feel better, take again. Use with clean water for cleaning wounds, hands (especially for preventing the spread of colds & flu, etc.), fruits & veggies you buy along the way, etc. Disinfects ‘most everything (one of our mentor’s downlines uses it to disinfect her contact lenses). Switch to this safer, nontoxic way for removing lice (works for pets too!).
Sunnydew: For cuts, wounds, scrapes. Sunnydew helps it to heal faster. It also “forms” an extra layer that protects. When Sunnydew is on top of my wound, cut or bug bite, it feels comforting to me. I also prefer this over the “sting” from merthiolate. Amazing how this multipurpose product is also compatible with the skin. From the master herb, stevia (we’ll provide a list of all it’s uses in the near future). For now, it’s helpful to know that this particular formulation is the most potent and effective (Sunrider receives the cream of the crop from where it’s natively grown (Paraguay)). Because of the concentration, these special attributes of stevia has been enhanced even more: antiviral, antiseptic, antibacterial (and others, too many to list here).
Sunbreeze: Can help stop a cold in it’s tracks. Try it for nausea: Open wide and tap a few drops in the throat. Be prepared: Strong vapors will course through. You’ll feel better though. Wasn’t that worth it though? Good for burns, for migraine (and regular) headaches (put on temples, avoiding eyes). Use for away massaging aches & pains due to muscular soreness, arthritis, etc.
bandaids of course: of various sizes
